A2: OCAR's led neon flex with IP rate of IP67 OR IP68, enough for outdoor use. IP68 even can be applied to underwater.

Q4: How to control RGB LED flex neon light?
A4: We offer normal controller and DMX controller.
RGB LED neon flex support for PWM dimming. The controller needs to match with RGB LED neon flex light working voltage. RGB LED neon light shall connect to a DMX decoder when under DMX control.
